Dispatch time

Orders are prepared and dispatched as promptly as possible after your payment is verified (bank transfer) or after confirmation (cash on delivery). You receive tracking details as soon as the parcel is with the courier.

Delivery time

Delivery nationwide takes 3–5 working days. Occasional variance can happen on remote routes and around public holidays.

Delivery charge

The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order — it depends on the current courier rates for your route. The total you confirm at checkout is final: there are no hidden charges added later.

Cash on delivery

COD is available across most of Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers may have limited change.

Unattended deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry or contact you on the phone number provided at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts return to us.
