Terms of Service

Orders

An order is a request to purchase. It becomes binding when payment is verified (bank transfer) or when we confirm dispatch (cash on delivery). We may decline to fulfill an order in the rare case of a pricing or stock error — always with a full explanation and immediate refund of any payment taken.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. The total shown at checkout — items, discounts, shipping — is final.

Bank transfer orders

Placing a bank transfer order reserves your piece, but the order is confirmed only after your payment is verified. If a payment is not received and verified, HAAL may cancel the order and release the reservation — we will always try to reach you first.

Cancellation and exchanges

Orders can be cancelled by request before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp with your order number; once a parcel is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled through us. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery under the conditions on the Exchanges page. We do not offer cash refunds on delivered pieces.

Intellectual property

The HAAL name, the حال mark, the logo, photography and all site content belong to HAAL. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
